- 50ml Floral style gin
- East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
GARNISH
- Cucumber slice
METHOD
Build gin and tonic in a chilled tall glass packed with plenty of quality ice. Take a vegetable peeler and cut a long ribbon of cucumber and slide it down the length of the glass.
