- 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Bourbon/Blended Scotch
- 20ml / ⅔ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml / ⅓ oz Aquafaba (Chickpea brine)
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Dash of Absinthe
- Topped with East Imperial Soda Water
- Large Orange Zest
Add all ingredients except for soda water to a shaker tin, dry shake, pack with cubed ice, and then hard shake for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into chilled highball and top with soda water. Garnish with a large orange zest.
