INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Citrus-driven or navy-strength gin
- East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
GARNISH
- Pink peppercorns
- Ruby Red grapefruit or orange slice
METHOD
Combine gin and tonic into an ice-packed rocks glass and serve with a large slice of Ruby Red grapefruit and a few pink peppercorns.
