INGREDIENTS

• 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Premium Reposado
• 10ml / ⅓ Oz liquid Honey
• 20ml / ⅔ Oz Fresh Lime
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Topped with Thai Dry Ginger Ale

GARNISH

• Orange Zest

METHOD

Add Tequila, honey, fresh lime and bitters to a shaker tin, Pack with cubed ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupette, and garnish with orange zest.
